Student Registration & Accounts

Account Responsibility

Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Login credentials for online classes and mock test platforms must not be shared with others. Exam Jeetoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating platform policies.

Fees & Payment Policy

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed payment schedule. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Exam Jeetoo reserves the right to revise fees for new enrollments. Access to online content may be restricted if payments are pending.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Course fee refunds, if allowed, will follow institutional policy and require management approval.
Approved refunds may take 7–21 working days to process.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Exam Jeetoo platform — including study materials, mock tests, notes, videos, logos, and branding elements — is the intellectual property of Conceptcracks SmartClass Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to uphold the following standards:

Maintain discipline during online and offline classes.
Refrain from sharing copyrighted materials.
Not engage in abusive, disruptive, or unethical behaviour.

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

We shall not be held liable for technical interruptions in online classes, internet connectivity issues, personal device malfunctions, or changes in examination authority syllabi or patterns.
